1. What types of products do you offer on Batman Boutique?
We offer a wide range of products inspired by the Batman universe, including clothing, accessories, decoration and jewelry. All our items are designed to delight Batman fans and bring a unique style to your everyday life.
2. Are the products official?
Batman Shop is an independent shop that offers Batman-inspired merchandise. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Batman trademark rights holders. Our products are high quality and carefully selected, but they are not certified as official.
3. How to choose the right clothing size?
We include a size guide for each garment on the product page. We recommend consulting it to ensure you choose the most suitable size. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and item availability. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days, and delivery then takes 5-15 business days. A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on our carrier's website.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay). We do not currently accept PayPal, but installment payment options may be available.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy from receipt of your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. For more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy .
8. What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
We apologize for the inconvenience! If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, specifying your order number and attaching a photo of the product. We will do what is necessary to send you a replacement or arrange a refund.

11. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you will be able to initiate a return after receipt.
12. Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we plan to offer gift cards soon so you can give the Batman universe to your loved ones.
