Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days . If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Products not eligible for returns:

Due to the rarity and limited nature of the LEGO items offered on our store, as well as their unavailability in the majority of markets, returns for these products are unfortunately not accepted.

We encourage you to carefully review product details, including descriptions and photos, before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact us in advance.


General conditions for a return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be returned at your expense to the postal address that we will provide to you.

Before any return, please contact us at shop@boutique-batman.com to obtain a return label and necessary instructions.


Return costs and refunds:

  • The return shipping fee, corresponding to 10% of the item price , will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your refund. This fee covers the cost of the return label and logistics processing.
  • Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days after inspection of the item.

Additional details:

  • For sale items, the refund will be based on the price paid by the customer after the reduction and not on the price during normal periods.
  • In case of exchange, we replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at shop @ boutique-batman.com if you wish to make an exchange.

Returns of items offered as gifts:

  • If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received and inspected.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.

Responsibility during shipping:

If you are shipping an item worth €30 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items if no proof of delivery is available.
